With the release of 2.0.15, Arduino ESP32 can now be used with ESP32-S3 PowerFeather! The Arduino setup guide has been updated to reflect this.
Please uninstall the previous board support, esp32s3_powerfeather by PowerFeather, in the boards manager before installing Arduino ESP32 2.0.15.
